Your theQuitSmokingGuru® specialist will give you an initial phone consultation to give you some further information about the program and then get some background information from you about the reasons you smoke.
You will recieve Pre-session work sheets to get you fully prepared for your Quit Day.
On your shceduled Quit Day it is required of you to:
- Have a stress free lead up to your appointment.
- Arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
- Bring with you a BIG bottle of chilled water.

THE SESSION
Your session which will consist of:
- We will provide you further information on the theQuitSmokingGuru® program and go through the background information about you and your habit.
